ReviewForge is an AI-powered review management platform that helps businesses monitor online reviews, generate AI-assisted responses, and send review request campaigns to customers. The Service integrates with third-party review platforms including Google Business Profile and Yelp.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business to use ReviewForge. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@reviewforge.ai.
You agree to use ReviewForge only for lawful purposes. You may not:

ReviewForge uses AI to suggest review responses. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and posting any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated responses. You must not post responses that are false, misleading, or violate platform policies.
When using our review request email feature, you must:
ReviewForge is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
ReviewForge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and customer data. You grant us a limited license to use your data to provide the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, Stripe, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold ReviewForge harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
